If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, you can easily restore a purchase from a previous account.
How to Restore Your Subscription:
- Open the Hinge app and tap your Photo Icon (far right of the navigation bar).
- Tap the Gear Icon to access Account Settings.
- Scroll down to Subscription.
- Tap Restore Subscription.
- If this doesn’t work, log out, log back in, and try again.
Hit a snag? A payment error may occur if you have multiple Hinge accounts linked to different phone numbers.
If this occurs:
- Check if you have another Hinge account with a different number.
- If so, delete one of the accounts and try restoring your subscription.

If you subscribed through Hinge payment (powered by Stripe):
Deleting your account immediately cancels your subscription. If you choose to create a new account, your old subscription cannot be restored to your new account and you will need to purchase a new subscription.
