If you need a refund, here’s a quick guide to help you get started. Most purchases are nonrefundable, but some exceptions may apply.
Any purchase of virtual items, such as a Rose or Boost, are final and nonrefundable. If you need help with a subscription purchased in the last 14 days, below is how to request a refund depending on how you originally purchased it.
For Android Devices:
Google manages refund requests for purchases made through Google Play.

For iOS Devices:
Refunds depend on your original Method of Purchase
If you subscribed using the App Store or your Apple ID:
Hinge cannot issue refunds for iOS purchases, these are handled directly by Apple.
- To cancel your subscription, follow Apple’s cancellation instructions.
- To request a refund, contact Apple Customer Support
If you're requesting a refund, after signing in with your Apple ID, under “What can we help you with?” select “Request a refund” and press "Next"
If you subscribed via Hinge payment (Stripe):
If you purchased a subscription in the last 14 days, contact our Support Team with your refund request.
Special Cases:
If you live in one of the following states, you can request a full refund within 3 business days of subscribing.
Right to Cancel States include:
Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Rhode Island, and Wisconsin.

Mail or deliver a signed and dated notice stating you are canceling your subscription. Include the email or phone number linked to your Hinge account and your order number.
