It's helpful for our Support Agents to see what you are experiencing in your Hinge app. The below steps will guide you through taking a picture (screenshot) or recording a video of your phone's screen. After you capture your screen, you can view, edit, and share the image or video.
How to record your phone screen on an iOS device
- Open Control Center, tap Record
, then wait for the 3-second countdown
(If you do not see this option, go to Settings> Control Center and tap the plus sign
next to Screen Recording. Return to step 1)
- To stop recording, open Control Center, tap Record
or the red status bar at the top of the screen, then tap Stop

How to find screenshots or screen recordings
1. Open Photos
2. Tap Albums > Media Types
3. Select either Screenshots or Screen Recordings
