How Do I Find the Operating System (OS) Version on My Mobile Device?

Apple devices now require iOS 13 to receive updates from the Hinge app. 

Android devices require 8.1 or above.

Knowing which operating system (OS) version your device is using can help our agents troubleshoot with you. 

 

To Find Your OS on an iPhone

  1. Tap Settings > General > About

  2. Note the iOS version listed

 

To find your OS on an Android

  1. Tap Home > Menu > Settings > About Phone > Software
  2. Note the OS listed as either Android Version or Firmware Version
