Deleting and reinstalling the app is a recommended troubleshooting step. This will ensure that you have the latest version of the app. Your profile will not be deleted as long as you do not tap Delete Account from within the Hinge App.
- Open the Google Play Store app
- Tap the Profile icon
- Tap Manage apps & devices > Manage
- Select Hinge
- Tap Uninstall
- Proceed to the Google Play Store to download the app again
