I need to report something that happened offline

If you are in immediate danger or have been the victim of a crime, please contact local law enforcement right away.

If a serious incident involving a Hinge user took place off the app, we encourage you to report it to us so we can take appropriate action. On the requests page, under Your Issue, select Safety and Reporting to submit your request.

How to Submit a Report

When reaching out, please include:

• Details of the incident—what happened and when.
• The person’s profile information—their name, age, bio, and photos (screenshots are best).
• Any additional identifying details, such as:
  • Location
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • A link to their Facebook account

We take these reports very seriously. The more information you provide, the faster we can investigate and take action.
