Be sure you're using the correct login method.
Login with the same method you used when you originally signed up (Phone number, Google account, or Apple ID)
If you are prompted to create a new account instead of logging into your existing account, it may be because you are using a different login method than you previously used.
If you used a phone number, be sure you're using the same phone number.
