Changing Your Payment Method:
If you want to change your payment method, you must update it on the platform that you used to subscribe to originally (iOS or Android).
On iPhone:
1. Open your iPhone Settings
2. Tap Apple ID
3. Tap Payment & Shipping
4. Tap Add Payment Method or tap Edit to update your payment method
On Android:
1. Open the Google Play Store
2. Tap the Menu icon
3. Tap My Account
4. Tap Add Payment Method or Edit Payment Method
Please note that if you don't see a way to cancel your subscription, that likely means that you have already successfully canceled.
Upgrading:
If you are a current Hinge+ subscriber and choose to upgrade to HingeX, your new subscription will begin immediately on the date of purchase.
For iOS, you will receive an automatic prorated refund for any remaining time on your previous Hinge+ or Preferred subscription. Your new billing date will be the date of your purchase.
For Android, any remaining time on your previous Hinge+ or Preferred subscription will be credited to your new subscription, and your new billing date will be available to view in your Google Play account.
Downgrading:
In order to downgrade from a HingeX subscription to Hinge+ , you’ll need to cancel your existing HingeX subscription, then subscribe to Hinge+.
If you do not want your subscription to renew, be sure to cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. This is an Apple and Google policy, and we are unable to change it. If canceled, your subscription will still be active for the remainder of your subscription period.
Please note that deleting your account or the app does not cancel your subscription. If you don't see an option to cancel your subscription, that means that you have already successfully canceled that subscription.
