Check your connection
Make sure you have a strong wifi connection or have a strong signal when using the app. If you have sent many likes, received many likes, or have a lot of hidden chats and conversations, you may experience a slight delay as our servers sync that data to your app.
Be sure you're using the right login method
- Login with the same method you used when you originally signed up (Phone number, Google Account or Apple ID)
- If you signed up with a phone number, make sure it's the same number you originally used to register
Log out and back in to your Hinge account
The first line of defense for all technical issues is to log out and back in to your Hinge account. This will refresh and re-sync your device to our server:
- Tap your Photo Icon on the bottom right
- Scroll down and tap the Gear Icon
- Tap Log Out
- Tap Sign in and choose your login method to continue
Next Step: Uninstall and Reinstall the Hinge app
This will ensure that you have the latest version of the app. (Your profile will not be deleted as long as you do not tap Delete Account from within the Hinge App.)

- Your current Hinge app version (see Where can I find my current Hinge app version?)

- Any troubleshooting steps you have tried already

Hinge does not have a customer support phone number, but our dedicated team is always online to help you. Since many of the requests we receive are technical in nature, they are more easily explained in writing.

Please be aware that there are many fake customer support numbers posted on various websites, none of which are affiliated with Hinge.
Hinge customer support is always available free of charge. Also, Hinge will never ask to remotely connect to your computer for any support-related request.
Hinge.co is the only place we will share updates and we will never ask for your login credentials.
