If your account is Banned, you will not be able to create a new Hinge account. However, you can Submit an Appeal.

Ban reason information is not included in data export requests.
Who makes the final decisions?
Our moderation team is a group of Hinge staff members who have undergone extensive training. We've taken particular care to ensure that the moderation team includes individuals from various backgrounds with various life experiences that help them make fair and informed decisions.
