Subscribing to Hinge + or HingeX

Hinge+ or HingeX are our premium subscription options. Subscriptions give daters access to premium features, like seeing all your Incoming Likes at once and setting Advanced Preferences.

 

When You’re Ready to Subscribe:

  1. Open the Hinge app and tap your Photo Icon (far right of the navigation bar).
  2. Tap the Gear icon to open Account Settings.
  3. Scroll down to the Subscription section.
  4. Tap Subscribe to Hinge to view available packages.

Then, select your preferred subscription.

Payment Options

iOS Users:

Under our Subscription Packages, you’ll see two payment options:

  • Hinge payment (powered by Stripe): Your payment will be processed securely through Hinge.
  • Subscribe with App Store: Your payment will be processed through the Apple App Store.
     

Android Users:
Your payment will be processed through Google Play.

 

Note on Purchases:

iOS users: 
If you subscribe using the App Store, Apple will process the payment using the payment details linked to your Apple ID. 

If you subscribe using Hinge payment (powered by Stripe), your payment will be processed securely through Hinge.

Android users: 
Your purchase will be processed through Google Play.

 

Viewing Your Subscription Status

Once subscribed, you can check your status anytime:

  • Tap your Photo Icon (far right of the navigation bar).
  • Your subscription status will appear at the top left.
  • To see your subscription status and renewal date, tap the Gear Icon and scroll down to Subscription.

Your subscription is private; no one else on Hinge can see it!

 

 

How Billing Works

Hinge subscriptions are flexible, with options to fit your dating goals:

  • Weekly Plan – Billed every week, auto-renews weekly.
  • Monthly Plan – Billed every month, auto-renews monthly.
  • Three-Month Plan – Billed upfront for three months, auto-renews every three months.
  • Six-Month Plan – Billed upfront for six months, auto-renews every six months.

 

Important Payment Details

  • Subscriptions renew automatically. If you don’t want to continue, be sure to turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the next billing period.
  • You’ll be charged for renewal within 24 hours of the current period ending.
  • You can cancel anytime. See Adjusting or Canceling Your Subscription for details.
